    • Once the download of the Opolis Mail Client is complete, the Opolis Log In Window will open automatically asking for a Log In Name and a Password
    • To be precise: At this stage in the Setup Procedure you are actually asked for your Setup Log In Name (also called Mail Code, as it will be delivered by E-Mail to your personal E-Mail address you have provided previously) and Setup Password (also called Web Code; we come to this in a moment), both comprising alphanumeric combinations
      • PLEASE NOTE: Do not worry about the confusing and strange combination of figures and letters in regards to the Mail Code (and later also the Web Code). You will require the Setup Log In Name (and the Setup Password) only once during the Setup Procedure and then never again
    • The Setup Log In Name is directly sent to your personal E-Mail address which you have previously submitted
    • So please check your E-Mail account for a message from login@opolis.io and open it
    • This E-Mail sent from the Opolis Help Desk contains the Setup Log In Name (the Mail Code)
    • Please copy and paste the Mail Code into the field for the Log In Name in the Opolis Log In window

    • GENERAL NOTE: Opolis will immediately send an E-Mail with the Mail Code to the personal valid E-Mail Address whilst downloading the Opolis Mail Client. Despite the fact that this E-Mail will leave the Opolis server system immediately and should be in your personal mailbox within seconds, we have in rare cases observed delays. These can be due to this message passing various servers and filters on the way to you, and to speed up this transfer any further is unfortunately outside our possibilities. Should such a delay happen, then we would like to ask you to remain patient and wait till you have received this message from Opolis including the important Mail Code - alas Setup Log In Name - to further proceed with your Setup Procedure.
