Inviting new users to Opolis is fairly easy, however, the invitation can only be extended by an already existing and active Opolis User. You can invite new users to Opolis by clicking on Tools in the tool bar on top of the Opolis Post Office Window and selecting Issue an Opolis Invitation. There you just submit the E-Mail address of the prospective candidate, upon which an invitation E-Mail will be sent to this candidate automatically.

PLEASE NOTE: In rare cases we have observed that Opolis Invitation E-Mails end up in the spam filter of the recipient. In such cases, it may also be worth while to alert the invited party by other means that such an invitation has been sent.

PLEASE NOTE: In principle, an Opolis Invitation E-Mail arrives at its destination and is available to the invitee at the moment the Sender receives the “Sent” confirmation in the Post Box (Message Type: Inbound). - However, if you wanted to test an Opolis Invitation Mail and send it to your own E-Mail address, then there is a "special behaviour": As Opolis “realises” that you are sending a message to yourself, it assumes that you are using Opolis like a “safe” for your data and hence you receive no further notice about this message.
