The Download process of the Opolis Mail Client seems to have got stuck

In very rare cases we have observed that the download process of the Opolis Mail Client gets stuck. Despite the fact that Opolis has been tested to work over basically all languages and language systems, there may be - in very rare cases - situations whereby a certain, specific language sign cannot be interpreted and causes an internal communications conflict.

We have developed a special software which we would forward to you and by running it we can then identify which sign causes this rare problem and help you to fix this issue.
