How do I decide what the Recipient is allowed to do with my Opolis E-Mails?

When writing an Opolis E-Mail you will find four ticker boxed in the New Message window: Copy, Print, Forward and Reply. By adding a ticker you allow the Recipient to either: copy any text content out of an Opolis E-Mail; print an Opolis E-Mail; forward the Opolis E-Mail to another Opolis User; or to send a reply message to the original Sender of the message. Removing the ticker in any of the boxes will not allow the Recipient to execute that specific transaction. Therefore: If you wish, for example, that an Opolis E-mail must not be forwarded to anyone else, you just remove the ticker in the ticker box next to Forward.
