    ... because a typical E-Mail message is no more secure than a postcard sent through the public postal system. - On their long and complex path from sender to recipient, E-Mails are unprotected; neither transmission nor interim-storage on - at best - mediocre secure servers is in encrypted mode. This is certainly not adequate for any type of confidential information. - As Opolis treats all messages as confidential, the sender decides what the recipient is allowed to do with it. A sent Opolis E-Mail can never be amended or manipulated. And, the sender of an Opolis E-Mail can constantly monitor its status and - if permitted - how the recipient has further processed the message.
