    • Opolis secure E-Mails can only be sent from and to Opolis Users. Therefore, if you want to communicate with somebody else via Opolis, you will be required to invite this individual to become an Opolis User.
    • Inviting new users to Opolis is fairly easy, however, the invitation can only be extended by an already existing and active Opolis User. You can invite new users to Opolis by clicking on the button Tools in the tool bar on top of the Opolis Post Office Window and selecting the button Issue an Opolis Invitation. There you just submit the E-Mail address of the prospective candidate, upon which an invitation E-Mail will be sent to this candidate automatically.
      • PLEASE NOTE: In rare cases we have observed that Opolis Invitation E-Mails end up in the spam filter of the recipient. In such cases, it may also be worth while to alert the invited party by other means that such an invitation has been sent.
