Opolis allows you to quickly identify and display related messages which are part of a "message trail" of Opolis E-Mails linked via various reply, forward, re-send or other transmissions

First, define what type of related messages you want to see along: Counterpart; Message Type; and Topic. - For example, if you want to see all sent and received messages related to the selected Opolis E-Mail, you select under Message Type: All

Next, select the Opolis E-Mail for which you want to quickly find and have displayed related messages in the course of its message trail: You can do that by clicking on the respective message in the summary list of Opolis E-Mails

Then move to mouse to the toolbar and select Post Office and Get Related Messages. All related messages will be displayed
