Inviting new Users to Opolis: 11

• Opolis E-Mails can only be sent to and received from other Opolis Users ...
  • To ensure the security of all messages and attached documents (they can only be read by the Sender and the authorised Recipient of an Opolis E-Mail and nobody else), messages must not leave the Opolis server system

• ... but you can easily invite new Users to Opolis:
  • Move your mouse to the toolbar, select Invitation and then Issue an Opolis Invitation
  • Fill in the addressee´s name and E-Mail address with the possibility of adding a small note
  • Pressing the Send button will automatically transmit an invitation E-Mail to the individual´s personal E-Mail address. The recipient will - along with this invitation mail - also receive first instructions upon how to best get in touch with Opolis and set up an Opolis E-Mail Account

PLEASE NOTE: As long as your Public Address Book only contains 5 other Opolis Users with whom you can communicated safely with via Opolis, the window for inviting new users to Opolis will open up automatically every time you log into Opolis.

ALSO CHECK OUT: Creating an Opolis Workgroup - This allows an Opolis User to send Opolis Emails and attachments of up to 125MB entirely secure to individuals who are not yet Opolis Users. Members of an Opolis Workgroup can receive and read Opolis Emails, but not send Opolis Emails or benefit from any other features. They can - however - easily convert their accounts into full Opolis Account via authentication
