Opolis is an entirely secure messaging service. To ensure the security of all messages and attached documents (they can only be read by the Sender and the authorised Recipient of an Opolis E-Mail and nobody else), messages must not leave the Opolis system
Therefore, entirely secure Opolis E-Mails can only be sent to or received from individuals who are also Opolis Users
PLEASE NOTE: Therefore, as a matter of fact, you cannot send a message from Opolis to an individual who is not an Opolis User
To communicate with your partners and friends who are also concerned about E-Mail security via Opolis, you can - however - easily invite them to become Opolis Users, like you
You can easily invite individuals to Opolis who are not yet Opolis Users by moving your mouse to the toolbar, select Tools and then Issue an Opolis Invitation
Filling in the addressee´s name and E-Mail address with the possibility of adding a small note will send an automatically generated E-Mail to the individual´s personal E-Mail address
The recipient will - along with this invitation mail - also receive first instructions upon how to best get in touch with Opolis and set up an Opolis E-Mail Account
