    • Opolis E-Mails are listed in and can be managed from the Opolis Post Office. Details for managing your Opolis Post Office you find in the section: Managing Messages. To refresh the summary list of Opolis E-Mails according to your selected criteria, always click the Get Messages button in the top left corner of the Opolis Post Office window
    • A single click on a selected message in the summary list of Opolis E-Mails will display the respective message in the sub-window below the list:
      • The header box at the top of the sub-window will provide basic information about the message, such as: Sender; Recipient(s); Time Sent; Subject and any restrictions imposed on the message in regards to: Copy; Print; Forward; and Reply
      • When gliding with your mouse over the main text field then you will find additional information to the respective text block in the bottom line of the window. Information displayed include items, such as the name of the commentator (alas a Sender) as well as the time when the message with the comments was sent
    • To more conveniently view any selected Opolis E-Mail just double-click on it in the summary list of Opolis E-Mails. By doing so, a Message View window with the respective Opolis E-Mail will appear:
      • The header box at the top of the View Message window will provide basic information about the message, such as: Sender; Recipient(s); Time Sent; Subject and any restrictions imposed on the message in regards to: Copy; Print; Forward; and Reply
      • In the main text field you will not only find the text of the message as such, but also "stamps" in regards to each text element. These "stamps" may be referring to the original message or comments to the text in the course of a response or a forward to the message. Such "stamps" in the text will display the name of the commentator (alas a Sender) as well as the time when the message with the comments was sent
        • PLEASE NOTE: The Message View window displays an Opolis E-Mail in the print version, so that no manipulation, amendments or comments into or a copy - even of parts - of the text are possible. This is in line with the strict security principles of Opolis
      • You can intiate any processing function from the Message View window in regards to the selected Opolis E-Mail by pressing the respective button on top of the window upon which a new window will open automatically from where you can start working from
