    • As a matter of fact, Opolis E-Mails can technically not be deleted, but will be - figuratively speaking - stored and archived in a trash box, from where they could always be removed again when needed and further processed again
    • Opolis E-Mails can be moved to trash by selecting a message in the summary list of Opolis E-Mails and pressing the Move to Trash button. The selected Opolis E-Mail will immediately disappear and moved to trash
      • PLEASE NOTE: If an Opolis E-Mail was accidentally moved to trash or shall be accessed again from the trash box, then such message can be removed and recovered by selecting the Message Type: Trashed and subsequently pressing the Get Messages button. All Opolis E-Mails in the Trash box will be displayed. As a next step click on the accidentally deleted message in the summary list of Opolis E-Mails and click on the tool bar Message and then Move to Inbound. The selected Opolis E-Mail will immediately be moved into your Main Post Office. To move multiple Messages to the trash, CTRL- or Shift-click on the Subjects in the summary information line of the respective Opolis E-Mails and click on the button Move to Trash
