    • As long as the Recipient of an Opolis E-Mail has not yet opened this specific message, such Opolis E-Mail can be retrieved (i.e. pulled back) and will subsequently be deleted and removed from the system. However, once the Opolis E-Mail has been opened by the Recipient, the message cannot be retrieved any more
      • PLEASE NOTE: Retrieved Messages are actually deleted - for both, the Sender and for the Recipient -, as if they were never written or sent
