In principle, Opolis with all its features can only be used by Opolis Users. Opolis Users you either find in the Public Address Book or you can easily invite any individual to become an Opolis User. - However, you can also send Opolis Emails entirely secure - even with attachments of up to 125MB - to one or several individuals who are not yet Opolis Users. - For this purpose you can create an Opolis Workgroup: Members of an Opolis Workgroup can receive and read Opolis Emails. Once they have effected and authentication of their account, they convert to full Opolis Users, can also send Opolis Emails and benefit from all Opolis features.
